Deleto is in development. Customer accounts, live scans and provider integrations are not available yet. The principles below describe our intended approach, not verified security controls or completed certifications.
Collect only what's necessary.
A live service should explain which details are needed to match your records and why, before collecting them.
Explain what happens to your information.
Customers should understand how identifiers are used, which providers receive them, and what a removal request involves.
Protect access to customer accounts and data.
Customer access and family or team permissions must be implemented and tested before account services open. We do not claim operational access controls or completed audits today.
Provide clear retention and deletion practices.
Retention periods, deletion procedures and customer data controls must be finalized and disclosed before launch.
Be clear about our limits.
We do not claim SOC 2 certification, completed security audits, verified encryption standards or removal guarantees. Any future claims must be supported by evidence.
